Do not let a doctor tell you that your only option now is cortisone injection. I have seen great improvement with Bowen Therapy. Even an 87 year old client gained full movement of her shoulder following Bowen Therapy. Some are slower than others to recover, but they tend to come with a number of tensional patterns going on that need unravelling over a period of time. But change and improvement is seen within the first 1-2 sessions.
