Hip Pain/ Tail bone pain
Hip pain or tailbone pain can affect your walking, sitting, sleeping, exercising and general confidence in movement. Hip pain may feel like a deep ache in the hip joint, tightness across the pelvis, discomfort in the groin, stiffness when you get up, or pain that travels into the lower back, buttocks, thigh or knee. Tail bone pain may make it difficult to sit.
Rather than forcing the body into change, Bowen Therapy works with your body’s natural ability to adapt, soften and rebalance. It uses small, precise rolling movements over muscles, fascia and soft tissue, with short pauses that give your body time to respond.

The coccyx - tail bone pain. Bowen therapy has specific sequence of moves to help with this delicate area. The particular one coocyx oblique requires a 15 minute rest following the moves. Time for the body to respond and create change all the way up the spine.
